Job description
What we want you to achieve with us

• Production planning and scheduling
• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
• Lead the crew to ensure excellent product quality
• Cooperation with assistant-growers

Qualifications
What you should bring with you

• Professional qualification in a relevant field (e.g. compost production / mushroom growing)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
• Strong problem solving skills with a pragmatic and hands-on approach and a high level of flexibility and adaptability with the willingness to carry out manual work as needed
• Strong team orientation and ability to provide effective coordination of work processes of the team
• Good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Word and Excel)
• Positive attitude and humor
• Fluent English, verbal and written
• German language may be an asset
