Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Counsel (m/f/d) to support us in matters of labor and construction law.

What to Expect

• Legal advice on labor and construction law during planning and implementation of infrastructure projects
• Drafting and reviewing contracts (e.g. service, subcontractor, and employment agreements)
• Representing the company in legal matters (preferably out of court)
• Close collaboration with executive management and project teams
• Flexible working setup: remote work as standard, office use optional

Your Qualifications

• Law degree (ideally with second state exam or equivalent)
• Specialization or proven experience in employment and construction law
• Independent and pragmatic working style with solution-oriented thinking
• Strong communication skills and business acumen
• Excellent command of German (spoken and written)
• Polish and English skills are a plus, but not required
