Construction Controller (m/f/d)

We are currently seeking a Construction Controller (m/f/d) to support our nationwide construction projects in Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing cost and performance accounting for construction projects
• Preparing and analyzing budgets and forecasts
• Monitoring project costs and timelines, conducting variance analyses
• Supporting monthly and annual financial reporting
• Collaborating closely with project managers and internal departments
• Identifying optimization opportunities and developing recommendations

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in construction controlling or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and project management
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of controlling software is a plus
• Analytical mindset and structured work approach
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a high level of initiative
