Clerk Procurement Service (m/f/d)

To strengthen our procurement team, we are looking for you as a dedicated buyer (m/f/d) who reliably and professionally manages our purchasing processes.

What you can expect:

• Purchasing materials, components, and technical services
• Obtaining, qualifying, and evaluating quotes, including reviewing technical specifications
• Maintaining and updating item, supplier, and order data in the ERP system
• Conducting price and contract negotiations with international suppliers
• Close collaboration with internal departments such as customer service, logistics, and accounting
• Tracking deadlines, processing invoices, and serving as the point of contact for internal interfaces
• Communicating with our suppliers by phone and email

What you bring to the table:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in purchasing administration, ideally in the technical or retail sector
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Sound SAP knowledge is desirable
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous work ethic, and a good understanding of numbers
• Fluent in German and English
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and team orientation
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
